Refund policy

Because every magnet is custom-printed with your photos, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges once production starts — except for defects or damage.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your magnets arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at andrew@noluckleads.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll reprint your order or refund you, your choice.

 

Wrong or missing items

If something's missing or the wrong item shipped, let us know within 7 days and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

 

Changing or canceling an order

Production starts shortly after checkout, so we can only change or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. Email andrew@noluckleads.com right away if you need to make a change.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank to post it.

 

Gift cards

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
